The recipe is on the video… but here it is again:
- 1x can of Butter Beans or Chick peas,
- drained 1x fresh juice of a lemon (+ zest)
- 1x clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of sunflower or olive oil
- Salt and Pepper Blend together,
Set to one side for the flavours to develop.
