Happy 2020! I have been away for nearly 8 weeks on a bit of a World tour! It has been amazing in so many ways – but did you miss me?!

Hopefully not – as you have had my locum – Lissie Evans to look after you all, and Echo the poodle of course too. A huge thank you to her for managing the hiccups of practice life, looking after the dog at times too amongst other things.

I thought I would give you a quick heads up as to what I have been up to… watch the video below 😉

What have I been up to?! Lots in the last 8 weeks!

Part three – New Zealand – Dunedin to

Mmm, my poor phone is a bit full of lovely photos, so video space got cut short!

Watch Part 2 below 🙂 Coming once my phone is happier!

New Zealand – Christchurch to the Otago Area and Dunedin.

Part two of my journey…New Zealand!

One of the nicest parts of being away is returning to the joyous welcome! Echo had clearly missed me…. Lissie remarked how relaxed she was now I was hope, even though she didn’t seem overly worried when I was absent. Just goes to show that our pets are for life – and we MUST be responsible around them – for the basics and their emotional welfare.

Its great to be home – all relaxed etc. BUT – I missed all the Election stuff, continuous rain and flooding and Christmas – which all put lots of emotional pressure on us – and our bodies try to soak it up and deal with it “later”. That “later” could just be right now! Most stress effects – “come out” about 6-8 weeks after the event – when our bodies do their clean and processing… the result – you get ill!

Did you know Osteopathy is great at restoring the mechanisms inside, and the outside emotions and fears – so that YOU can continue to function to your optimum.

If you know you have been compromised recently – make an appointment today! https://living-elements-clinic.cliniko.com/bookings

If you need an “MOT” – which many of you DO…. or have a more acute requirement to be “fixed” – then use the online booking service with full access to my diary. I am pretty much back to “normal service”. 😉
