Are you feeling overwhelmed and stressed out?

Stress is a common experience, but it’s important to take care of yourself and find ways to relax and de-stress.

During stress awareness week there are plenty of stories coming out about how difficult many are finding life at the moment – and sometimes without even realising it!

Just today a survey has come out that those over 50 yo are struggling with cognition (understanding) etc since the Covid epidemic!

  2. Practice deep breathing exercises

  3. Listen to calming music

  4. Write in a journal

  5. Take a warm bath
