Random Acts of Kindness

Happy #RandomActsOfKindnessDay!

It is some years ago that I heard about this concept…I try to do this a few times a week if I can. The options are varied and many.

The one act which makes the MOST difference though is the kindness to YOURSELF!

Be kind to your body.

Learn how osteopathy promotes kindness to your spine, ensuring a more comfortable and active life.

Take on the advice. Be consistent with your health goals and tasks – and watch your health soar (along with your happiness and productivity!)

Some of my random acts of kindness include:

  • clean the local road signs of green algae etc

  • pick up litter

  • cut back a neighbours hedge or hedgerow when it impedes the footpath

  • buy some flowers for someone who is on their own and can’t get out much

  • pay a bit more for locally grown flowers / vegetables – because you can afford it and they are totally worth it – and the small business needs the money

  • put a plastic bag over a bicycle seat which is left out (shower hats are great for this!)

  • donate to the food back regularly

Hope this gives you a few ideas!
