Veganuary – why not give it a try?

🌱 Embrace Veganuary with Living Elements Clinic! 🌟

Did you know that Gayle Palmer has been vegan for 4 years!

This January, we invite you to join us in exploring the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle by participating in Veganuary!

Whether you’re curious about veganism, looking to improve your health, or wanting to make a positive impact on the environment, this is a great opportunity to start the new year on a fresh and healthy note.

I understand that transitioning to a vegan diet can come with its own set of questions and challenges.

Trust me I know! – I did it radically! Having already cut out all meat and fish and almost all dairy (goats cheese only) for quite a while, I decided to go RAW vegan! I wouldn’t recommend this as a first timer (!!) – its a massive challenge, esp in Jan, even if you already are vegan! It’s regarded as “hardcore”. It means that you don’t heat ANY food to above 55C so that all the enzymes in the food are not killed (they help you to digest the food).

That’s why I’m here to offer my support and guidance every step of the way. I am equipped with knowledge about nutrition, health benefits, and delicious plant-based alternatives to make your journey smooth and enjoyable.

You will need to learn more about your food and the processes which go into it so that you get a healthy balance to what you consume – and thereby enhance your health.

Plus understanding how your body will react to a cleaner, healthier diet, especially after a month or more of Christmas gluttony and poisoning (this is how your body regards many of your food and drink choices during this period) will help you manage the transition more easily. There will be “cleaning out” symptoms – eg change in energy, headaches, change to smell of breath, different sweating responses, changes to gut function and bowel action etc.

Got questions about Veganuary or need tips on getting started? Feel free to drop your queries in the comments below, or visit us at the clinic for personalized advice. I’m excited to support you in this journey towards a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle.

Let’s make this Veganuary a nourishing and enlightening experience together!

It is a fun and enriching experience but definately do it with help vs buying every vegan-labelled food in the supermarkets! It will also save you a lot of money – going vegan healthily is NOT a cheap option.

Transitioning to a plant-based diet can be a challenge to get the right healthy balance too. You can’t just eat vegetables.

If you need more convincing – here are 15 health benefits and other fringe benefits of going vegan – even if that just means you embrace just a few meals a week. It all helps you and the planet.
