Use your trampoline for health

There are lots of underused trampoline’s in people’s gardens – but they are an amazing resource for your health – for all age groups!

In the video below Gayle explains why they are so beneficial.

Children are able, active and LOVE bouncing but this takes confidence… which takes time and experience. Just take it slowly to start with.

I am not expecting you to do full turns or bouncing onto your bottom and then back up! Even some gentle bobbing up and down on the trampoline to work on your balance is beneficial.
