Resources to help your Mental Health

This month is Mental Health Awareness Month – and let’s face it – having lived through the last few years – everyone has taken a battering to our confidence in things which we thought were rock solid, let alone those things which can unsettle us.

See your GP or community nurse as a first port of call.

Consider having some private counselling or even some health / mindset coaching. Did you know that I am able to offer this through my NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming skills) – set up a Discovery call.

So, instead of thinking that you are on your own – no-one will understand – it’s all on you to sort our – or whatever thoughts you may be having…

The FIRST STEP is to reach out and ask for some help – even if you aren’t sure what that may be.

The theme of Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 was anxiety.

Anxiety is a normal emotion in us all, but sometimes it can get out of control and become a mental health problem.

Lots of things can lead to feelings of anxiety, including exam pressures, relationships, starting a new job (or losing one) or other big life events. We can also get anxious when it comes to things to do with money and not being able to meet our basic needs, like heating our home or buying food.

But anxiety can be made easier to manage, especially if you can get to the root cause. This is something that Gayle is especially good at attaining, working out a plan of action with you and then going from there.

If you wish to have some help in this area from Gayle the first thing to do is to book a Discovery Call HERE.
