Winter Wellness top tips
Keeping you well through the winter should be your #1 goal for yourself and your family.

Stay active even when the weather doesn't enthuse you with going outside! There are plenty of indoor options to choose from and include yoga, housework!, cycling, swimming at the local pool, Pilates or going for a walk.
2. Stay hydrated - if you don't drink WATER as well as other liquids it is almost impossible to have enough water IN your body for all of its functions to work properly. Aim for at least 1.5 litres EACH day.
Boosting your immune system through the winter, especially AFTER the indulgences of Christmas and New Year will mean you have a better chance of staving off colds and flu.
